has 23 years, well-rounded and diverse human resources management and consulting experience having worked with several organizations and within a variety of different industries over the years. She has provided expertise and guidance to organizations at both the corporate and non corporate level in terms of strategic planning, policy and procedures development, project management, training and development, organizational development, union negotiations, employee/labour relations, and recruitment and retention. Her industry specific experience includes health care, hotels, restaurants, broadcast media, energy services, IT, logistics and legal. She has spent the last six years as an independent human resources consultant supporting small to medium size companies. Anna is a member of the HRPA, and has her CHRM and CHRP. She has a BA from the University of Western Ontario.
